Software Maintenance

Protect your software investment with the Open Systems Software Maintenance program. The Software Maintenance program not only gives you the peace of mind that comes with knowing your business is running the most current, feature-rich software available, but you also get discounted technical support rates, the option to purchase prepaid support blocks, and access to our Customer Portal and Open Systems Knowledge Base.

Training

Open Systems provides onsite, classroom, online, and on-demand training of TRAVERSE and OSAS software.

Support

The Open Systems technical support team assists in the resolution of specific technical issues, provided you are enrolled in the Open Systems Software Maintenance program, including software issues, database issues, software functional questions, installation questions, data conversion questions, and hardware/operating system compatibility issues.

Open Systems Support operates Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm central time.
