CRM and Dashboard licensing for Web and mobile devices

With the introduction of both CRM and Dashboard to the TRAVERSE version 11 lineup, we now offer a way for you to take advantage of the functionality of these two products without affecting your concurrent user pool. With the release of these applications, named users will be available.

To illustrate the benefits of named users, let us say you are an eight-user client who is using Dashboard. Although any of those eight concurrent users can access the Dashboard components using the TRAVERSE shell, you may want additional employees to see agings, top customers, trends, and so on. To accommodate those additional employees, you can purchase named users for a much lower price. Named users can then access the Dashboard using a browser.

The same principle holds true for CRM users (the only difference is that CRM must be purchased as a separate application while Dashboard is essentially free). The CIS system in the Partner Portal will show you how many named users you have for each of these applications.
