We’ve published a white paper which previews some notable enhancements to the Service Director functionality found in version 10.5. Look for this application later this year.Also later in the year, we’ll be delivering redesigned web and mobile solutions including customer portal (eCustomer, eSales Rep), remote order entry (eOrder and Mobile Order), and project time entry and reporting (eProject).
