OSAS version 7.6 tip: Validate earning codes in OSAS payrollWhen you set up Payroll earning codes for each employee, check the Validate Earning Codes option to ensure that only those codes can be used in transactions and manual checks. You can also specify an end date on scheduled deductions to terminate them automatically for an employee. The amount of sick and vacation pay remaining will also display in transaction entry when you use those earning codes. |
