Recent automatic updates for OSAS version 8 and TRAVERSE

With the release of OSAS version 8, both TRAVERSE and OSAS now feature automatic update processes that will bring you the latest fixes and features as they are added. It’s yet another way that your maintenance subscription adds real value to your software solution.

So what’s new in OSAS and TRAVERSE?

OSAS

A recent update added new functionality to the E-Mail Queue in Resource Manager. The E-Mail Queue now displays the date and time that an e-mail was created in the queue. This will help you see when emails were prepared if you do not send emails from the queue on a regular basis.

More functionality has also been added to the User Preferences in Resource Manager. When you use the MDI menu and screens, you now have an additional option to control the placement of the Jasper report previews. Set the MDI preview option to Contained if you want your preview to stay within the MDI frame, or Free if you like to move your report preview anywhere on your display.

Another recent update allows you to print a detailed customer list when you are working with a customer in Sales Order Customer file maintenance, all without leaving the file maintenance function.

TRAVERSE

You can now review the TRAVERSE Build Updates without leaving your TRAVERSE system. The Help drop-down menu in TRAVERSE now includes a link to the TRAVERSE Build History, which allows you to easily review enhancements that have been added to the software.

The value of your system increased without your effort

The OSAS version 8 and TRAVERSE version 11 framework and update processes enable us to deliver enhancements to you without cumbersome installation processes, and we are committed to delivering fixes and enhancements as soon as they are ready for use. This continuous enhancement delivery process adds tremendous value for our customers who stay current on their software maintenance plans.
