The 2015 Open Systems Customer Conference

Open Systems, Inc. is excited to announce the dates of our 2015 Customer Conference being held at the Radisson Blu in Bloomington, MN!

The Conference will be held on August 19th and 20th. You should plan to be at the Radisson Blu Hotel at the Mall of America in Bloomington for two full days.

This year we will have even more informative workshops with new topics to discuss. There will also be plenty of time to network.

We will be hosting our Wednesday evening entertainment at Sky Deck Sports Grill & Lanes in the Mall of America. Families are welcome to join us for food, drinks, bowling, games and more, for a small fee.

The Customer Conference is the undisputed highlight of our year. We love talking with customers about their needs and experiences, and sharing tips and procedures to make their work lives easier. Additionally, we enjoy the opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with our customers!

How much does the Conference cost?

What does the Conference fee include?

The conference fee includes:

  • All educational sessions including applicable materials
  • Access to the Learning Lab and exhibit area
  • Refreshments during breaks
  • Breakfast on Wednesday and continental breakfast on Thursday
  • Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
  • Wednesday evening attendees will join us at the Sky Deck at MoA. Families may join for a small fee.
What is the attire for the Conference?

The attire for all events and sessions is business casual, and all classes are held indoors. Dress for comfort and be prepared to learn and network. If you tend to be “chilly” in air conditioning, be sure to bring a sweater or jacket.

Where exactly will the Conference be held?

The conference is at the Radisson Blu Hotel at the Mall of America. The hotel is minutes from the airport, and offers complimentary shuttles. The hotel contains a saline indoor swimming pool and an on-site fitness center with Lifetime Fitness equipment available 24 hours a day. You can also stroll over the skyway to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Mall of America.

Sleeping rooms are based on availability and must be booked directly with the hotel. The hotel is offering room rates of $189.00 from August 16-20. Please book your room no later than July 20 by calling 800-333-3333, or visit them online at www.radissonblumoa.com. Be sure to tell them you are with the Open Systems group to get this rate. Again, we have a limited block of rooms at this rate, so we encourage you to book as early as you can.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

The Radisson Blu offers complimentary shuttles to and from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. There is also a light rail train at the airport that goes to the Mall of America. There is a short walk from the light rail station at the mall to the hotel.

Can my family join me?

Absolutely! The conference meals and events are for adults only, but we will be having an event at the Sky Deck in the Mall of America on Wednesday night that is family friendly (games, bowling, pool tables) and we hope to see them there! There is also plenty for your family to do in the area to keep them busy while you're learning. Adult meal guest passes for breakfasts and lunches are available for $195.
