Advanced Technology Services was founded in 1984 as a systems integrator, software developer and a re-seller of Open Systems accounting software. In 1989, we realized the "paper pile" was overwhelming organizations and that there was a great need to convert this paper into a more accessible electronic medium and thus, ATS developed the OptiDoc2™ Document Management System.

OptiDoc2™ provides fixed document and content management software that makes managing documents easy for small to enterprise sized businesses and state and local government agencies. It is an integrated suite of document imaging, document management, computer output (ERM) reports management, and workflow services - built upon a SQL database information repository, enabling the capture and retrieval of documents, reports and other business-critical information.
