Overview: NAVSEA and the Navy Virtual SYSCOM decided to expand the existing SeaPort Enhanced Multiple Award Contracts (MACs) to include SPAWAR, NAVSUP, and NAVAIR, as additional ordering offices. This expansion took place via the Rolling Admissions clause of the MAC contracts. In conjunction with Rolling Admissions, current MAC holders were given the opportunity to expand into additional zones.
